Shining a light on Boogie-Woogie across Canada
Boogie-Woogie & Swing Canada (BWSC) is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting Boogie-Woogie across Canada through competitions, events and workshops.
BWSC offers a formula focused on the competitive and athletic aspect of dance, providing its members with a framework to compete against other dancers within a regulated structure.
The BWSC-affiliated competition circuit operates on the basis of national cups throughout the year, leading to the National Championship at the end of the competitive season.
Beyond its role as a competitive structure, BWSC also develops community spirit and the social aspect of dance through numerous social events, such as the Hit That Boogie Camp.

Founded in 2019, BWSC was created to structure competitive Boogie-Woogie in Canada. Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, the organization has bounced back and continues to grow thanks to a passionate community.
